Waiting Time Allowance:
We allow 1.5 hours of waiting time for trans-Atlantic flights and 1 hour for European flights. After this period, if no contact is made with the driver, you are considered a no-show.
Baggage Delay:
In case of baggage delay or lost luggage, please contact us at +353 831169055 to inform us of the situation.
Missed Connecting Flights:
If you miss a connecting flight and need to reschedule your arrival, please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving without prior contact may result in no service. You will not be charged for this change.
Flight Delays:
No extra charges will be incurred if your flight is delayed.
Contacting the Driver:
Please contact the driver as soon as possible upon arrival.
Agreement of Terms:
By booking and paying for your transfer, you and all members of your party agree to waive the taxi meter fare, pay the agreed-upon price, and accept all terms and conditions.
Payment and Cancellation:
A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid two days before the tour. Full payment is required for airport transfers at the time of booking. You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
